Canusa Automotive Warehousing Inc. (Canusa) is a full line warehouse distributor, offering over 250 different product lines to our customers, including undercar, underhood, chemicals, tools and workshop equipment, plus a wide range of performance related parts. The company carries over 55,000 active part numbers in its inventory, which equates to over two million parts.

Canusa operates two warehouse locations covering over 165,000 square feet of floor space. The first, and largest, is in Dorchester, Ontario, strategically located to service the South Western Ontario market. From this location the worldwide export markets can be managed. The second regional warehouse location, Canusa Distribution Centres Toronto Inc. (CDC) is situated in Mississauga, Ontario and supplies the very large metropolitan Toronto market.

Canusa was established in March of 1981. Initially, the company operated as an undercar warehouse specializing in the sale of ‘Alternative Branded’ exhaust systems and related components that were sold to the specialty muffler installer. Canusa's expertise in undercar product lines attracted customers from across Ontario and the Midwestern United States. Over the years, the company’s business has evolved to a full line automotive warehouse distribution business with automotive parts coverage across all major product groups.

Canusa carries many of the ‘Premium Branded’ power house brands of the aftermarket.  These product lines include ACDelco, Bosch, Total Lubricants, Federal Mogul, AP Exhaust, Tenneco, Dayco, Fram/Autolite, Spectra Premium as well as many others. To complement most ‘Premium Branded’ product groups, the company offers a cost effective value brand alternative.  These ‘Alternative Branded’ products have provided Canusa’s customers with a competitive edge in their respective markets.

ACDelco has become the company’s flagship parts program, with an offering of 45 different product groups.  AC Delco’s proud brand heritage, combined with their Total Service and Support (TSS) technician training program, make it the product demanded by the technicians of today.

Canusa continues to specialize in undercar product lines, particularly exhaust, but has also established a network of jobber part stores under the APC Auto Parts Centres banner in South Western and Central Ontario. The company currently has 38 Corporate and Associate jobber store locations situated in key markets, selling to the local installer based customer.

Canusa operates one of the most sophisticated integrated distribution networks in Ontario. Most of our customers in South and Central Ontario, including the Niagara Penninsula, receive a delivery service twice a day. Our customers in Northern Ontario, as far as Sudbury, receive service once a day. Customers east of Toronto, as far as Kingston, receive an overnight service. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are received early afternoon. Orders placed prior to 6:00 pm are delivered overnight.

Canusa continuously makes significant investments in technology using an IBM iSeries mainframe computer to drive their warehouse and jobber store business.  This powerful, state of the art system offers the company’s customers real time product availability and pricing through its e-commerce software.  Customers can use the parts look-up electronic catalogue and have access to online order capability, throughout the day and on most evenings and weekends.

Canusa continues to be a closely held family business that prides itself in service, product availability, competitive pricing and access to senior management. The company currently employs over 150 people, many with more than 10 years of service.   The company prides itself with an atmosphere of hardworking customer-focused employees.  Our parts counter professionals are noted to be some of the best in the industry for their knowledge and helpful, customer-friendly attitude. Management does not believe in standing still, and is constantly striving to push the company in new directions, seeking new markets while retaining and developing existing customer bases.

Canusa Motorsports is the company's racing division racing a 2007 Dodge Charger late model car at  Delaware Speedway and other tracks in South and Central Ontario.
