New APC Stores Now Open

We are happy to announce the Grand Openings of TWO new APC Stores. APC Cobourg opened its doors on November 16th. Sean O’Neil and his staff have been working hard getting this store ready and are now up and running. Contact the APC Cobourg store at 905-377-8080 or visit them at 3-1030 Division Street in Cobourg, Ontario.

One week later, Ajax Auto Parts Centre opened its doors to the public as the 37th APC store in the network. The Ajax store is run by partners Sam Sankar and Ron Rampergass. Sam and Ron can be reached at 905-619-2416. If you are in the Ajax area - visit them at 6-377 MacKenzie Avenue. They will be happy to see you.

We would like to welcome all the owners and staff of these locations to the APC Family we look forward to building a strong future together.

NEW EHC Charges

Stewardship Ontario, the body that administers EHC surcharges, has released new charges that are effective January 1, 2010. Under the amended provincial policy, EHC charges for oil filters, antifreeze, and solvents have all been increased. The new charges are:

Oil Filters under 8 inches: $0.60 each
Oil Filters over 8 inches: $1.19 each
Bulk Antifreeze: $0.08 per litre
Packaged Antifreeze: $0.09 per litre
Solvents: $0.44 per litre
